Learn how the Tenant Screening service works, from initiating a request to viewing the completed report.
How it works
- Landlords initiate the tenant screening process from their Furnished Finder Dashboard or directly from a message thread with a tenant.
- You can also access it from your KeyCheck Dashboard.
- Travelers receive the screening request, pay the $44.99 service fee, and complete the process through their KeyCheck account.
- Once the screening is complete, both the landlord and traveler can view the screening report results in their respective accounts for up to 30 days.
- After 30 days, the report expires and cannot be viewed or downloaded. You will still see that the screening was completed, but the results will no longer be accessible.
- Landlords can view the report in their Furnished Finder Dashboard, and travelers can view the screening report in their KeyCheck Account.
- Most Tenant Screening results are ready within a few hours, though, in rare cases, some may take up to 5 business days.
