A Resident Score provides a quick snapshot of an applicant's credit history, but it should be considered alongside the rest of the Tenant Screening report and your own rental criteria.
If you requested a Tenant Screening through Furnished Finder, you'll also receive a detailed screening report and can track the screening request from your dashboard.
