One-Time Landlord Contact Verification

Landlords must verify their personal contact details for accurate screening reports. This information is only shared with TransUnion/SmartMove and not with tenants.

  1. Complete all required fields, including the address registered with TransUnion SmartMove.
  2. Click Proceed to complete verification.

Please Note:

Our Tenant Screening tool can only screen applicants with a valid U.S. Social Security number, as our background reports are based solely on U.S. national records.

If you're hosting international travelers or tenants without a U.S. Social Security number, you could request the following to help confirm they can meet your rental terms:

  • Bank statements from the past 3–6 months
  • References from previous landlords or hosts
  • Proof of current employment
