To view, resend, edit, or delete a Tenant Screening request:
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Select Landlord Tools and navigate to the Tenant Screening section.
- Find the tenant's name.
- Choose an action:
- View
- You can also view the screening status in your message thread with the tenant.
- Resend Request
- Edit (First Name, Last Name, or Email)
- Delete
- View
Please note: If you accidentally deleted a Tenant Screening Request by mistake and are seeing an error when trying to submit a new one, please contact us.
