Managing Tenant Screening Requests

To view, resend, edit, or delete a Tenant Screening request:

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.
  2. Select Landlord Tools and navigate to the Tenant Screening section.
  3. Find the tenant's name.
  4. Choose an action:
    • View
    • Resend Request
    • Edit (First Name, Last Name, or Email)
    • Delete

Tenant Screening Request Statuses

Please note: Tenant Screening results are available within 24-48 hours.

Awaiting Tenant Response 
The screening invite has been sent, but the potential tenant has not opened it to complete the process.

Identity Verification Pending
The potential tenant has opened the screening invite but has not completed the process.

Report Processing
The potential tenant completed the screening process and the system is generating the reports.

Reports Delivered
The reports have been delivered and are ready to be viewed by both parties.

  • Eviction Report: Shows past evictions and their resolutions.
  • Credit Report: Shows financial history, including loans and payment reliability.
  • Criminal Report: Lists arrests, convictions, and legal issues.
