Before your response rate begins affecting your search ranking or appears as a badge on your listings, you'll have a one-time opportunity to reset your response rate if it’s below 75%. Once you reset your response rate, the action cannot be undone or reversed.
The reset applies to your entire account, not individual listings. If you have multiple listings, all current response rates will reset at the same time.
To reset your response rate, log into your Dashboard and click Reset My Rate in the Response Rate section.
