Response rates fall into three groups:
Excellent (75%+)
Needs Improvement (50%-74%)
Poor (Below 50%)
Your response rate shows the percentage of all the booking inquiries and direct messages that you replied to within 24 hours, and it's visible in the landlord’s dashboard so you can use it to track your responsiveness and identify opportunities to reply to new inquiries more consistently.
If you see Fresh Start instead of a response rate, it means you don’t have any booking inquiries or direct messages to measure yet. This may be because your listing is new or because you reset your response rate and haven’t received any new inquiries or messages since.
Once you receive new booking inquiries or direct messages, your response rate will begin calculating automatically.
For new listings, responding to inquiries within 24 hours can help you build a strong response rate from the start.
What Counts As a Response?
Only replies sent through Messages in your Furnished Finder dashboard count as a response. Messages sent outside of Furnished Finder, such as by text, email, or phone, do not count toward your response rate or response time.
If you connect with a traveler outside of Furnished Finder, be sure to also respond to their inquiry or message through Furnished Finder Messages within 24 hours. For example, if you speak with a traveler over the phone, you can send them a quick follow-up message through Furnished Finder confirming that you connected. This ensures your response is counted toward your response rate.
