Replying to Messages From Your Profile
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Go to Messages in the left sidebar.
- Click a conversation to open it.
- Type your message into the text box.
- Alternatively, click the + button in the message box to choose a saved message or insert your digital signature.
- Click Send to deliver your message.
Additional Details About Your Messages
You can select Details in the far left of the message header to view the following information:
The Recipient Tab: Access profile information for the person that you are communicating with.
The Property Tab: View which property is being discussed in the messaging thread and provide quick access to property information.
The Inquiry Tab: Displays the inquiry details, including requested travel dates, the number of travelers, and the traveler's initial note. The Inquiry tab only applies to booking inquiries and does not include tenant leads.
The monthly rate shown next to the property name is based on the rate when the conversation started. It may not match your current listing rate.
You can also click Request Background Check at the top of the message thread, next to the tenant's name, to send a tenant screening request.
Replying to Messages From Your Email Notifications
When you receive an email notification about a new message, you may reply directly to that email to send your response. Please ensure you reply from the email address associated with your Furnished Finder account, as messages sent from other addresses, such as a forwarded or alternate email, will not be delivered.
If you need to reply from a different email address, you can update your account email address to match the email you want to use or set up a delegated inbox with your email provider (see Google's (Gmail) delegation guide or Microsoft's (Outlook) delegation guide for more information).
