Tenant Leads include information that can help you decide whether a tenant may be a good fit for your property. Some leads include direct contact information, while others only allow replies through Furnished Finder messaging. If a tenant chooses not to share their email address or phone number, a dash (-) appears instead of contact information, and you can only contact them through Furnished Finder messaging.
At this time, Tenant Leads cannot be sorted or filtered.
What You Can See in the Tenant Leads Section
The Tenant Leads section shows a table view with a quick summary of each lead before you open the full request details.
Please note: Potential rental income is an estimate based on the monthly rent listed for the property by the landlord. It is not calculated using the traveler's budget.
Why a Tenant Lead May No Longer Appear
If a tenant cancels their housing request or marks it as “Housing Found,” the lead will be removed from your Tenant Leads list.
Unmatched leads are hidden by default. Use the unmatched toggle in the top-right to display them.
