Before deleting a tenant lead, it is helpful to understand where the information is stored and whether it can be recovered.
Booking Inquiries and Tenant Leads are stored in different areas of Furnished Finder and are handled differently when deleted.
Booking Inquiries
Booking Inquiries are available in the Messages section of your dashboard.
Deleting a Tenant Lead does not affect your Booking Inquiries. You can continue to access Booking Inquiries through the Messages section.
Matched and Unmatched Tenant Leads
Matched and Unmatched Tenant Leads appear only in the Tenant Leads section.
If you delete a Tenant Lead, it is permanently removed and cannot be recovered or viewed elsewhere.
Before You Delete a Tenant Lead
Review the lead details before deleting a lead. If you are unsure, consider keeping the lead until you have reviewed it or contacted the traveler.
This is especially important for Matched and Unmatched Tenant Leads because deleted leads cannot be restored.
