Editing Your Contact Information

You can manage the email addresses and phone numbers Furnished Finder uses to contact you through your Dashboard.

  • Account-level notifications: These use the email address and phone number saved under My Profile.
  • Property-level notifications: You can use different email addresses and phone numbers for each listing without changing your account contact information.

How to Update Your Property Contact Information

  1. Log in to your Dashboard.
    • If you're logged in to the app or mobile browser, tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top right corner.
  2. Go to Account, then select Notification Preferences.
  3. If you have more than one property or unit, use the dropdown to select the listing you want to update.

  4. Under Where we'll contact you for this property, expand the section to edit your contact information.
  5. Update your name, email address, or phone number, then click Save.

You can choose whether your phone number is visible to travelers by selecting or deselecting Hide phone number from listing. This option is selected by default.

Currently, only U.S. and Canadian phone numbers are supported for verification.

Can I Add a Co-Host or Secondary Contact?

There is currently no option to add a co-host or secondary contact to a listing. However, you can update your property-level contact information with another person's name, email address, or phone number if you'd like them to receive and respond to tenant inquiries on your behalf.

When replying to Furnished Finder email notifications, you must use either your account email address or the property-level contact email address. Replies from other email addresses, including forwarded or alternate addresses, will not be delivered.

You can also set up a delegated inbox with your email provider to let someone help read and reply to emails on your behalf without changing your contact information. See the Gmail delegation guide or Outlook delegation guide for availability and setup instructions.
