Display Past Bookings
Choose whether previously blocked dates appear on your calendar.
Turning this setting off only hides past booking dates from your calendar view. It does not affect your property's availability or remove any blocked dates.
On a Computer (website):
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Choose your property or unit from the dropdown (if applicable).
- Select Calendar.
- Click the toggle to "Display Past Bookings."
On the App or Mobile Browser:
- Tap the Calendar icon.
- Open settings by clicking the gear icon at the top left.
- Click the toggle to "Display Past Bookings."
Show Only Furnished Finder Bookings
This option is only available on the App or Mobile Browser.
To display only bookings created through Furnished Finder in your calendar, you can use the Show Only Furnished Finder Bookings toggle. Bookings from other sources or linked calendars will be hidden from view while this setting is enabled.
- Tap the Calendar icon.
- Open settings by clicking the gear icon at the top left.
- Click the toggle to "Show Only Furnished Finder Bookings."
Please note: This setting only changes how your calendar is displayed in the app. It does not delete bookings or change your property's availability.
