Keep your calendar updated so travelers know when your property is available to book. You can use your calendar to block dates for reservations, maintenance, or personal use, adjust your calendar settings, and sync your availability with other booking platforms.
From your calendar, you can:
- Block dates when your property is unavailable because of a reservation, maintenance, or personal use. You can also edit or remove blocked dates if your availability changes.
- Manage calendar settings, including your minimum stay and listing visibility.
- Link your calendar to Airbnb or Vrbo; updates may take up to 24 hours to sync.
How the Calendar Works
- All dates are available by default until you block them or they are reserved through a linked calendar.
- Blocked dates tell travelers your property is unavailable.
- Calendar updates made directly in Furnished Finder typically appear within 15 minutes.
