Link your Airbnb or Vrbo calendar to automatically update your property's availability with Furnished Finder. This helps reduce manual updates and prevent booking conflicts across platforms.
After you link your calendar, availability updates typically sync within 24 hours. iCal links are not supported. Prefer a visual walkthrough? Watch our video for step-by-step instructions to link other calendars.
On a Computer (website):
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Choose your property or unit from the dropdown (if applicable).
- Select Calendar.
- You can also click on Edit Listing and select Calendar
- Scroll down to Do you have an external Airbnb or Vrbo calendar you would like to sync?
- Click Add.
- Paste your Airbnb or Vrbo Calendar URL.
- Click Save.
- A confirmation message will appear once your calendar has been linked.
On the App or Mobile Browser:
- Open the Furnished Finder app.
- Choose your property or unit from the dropdown (if applicable).
- Tap the Calendar icon.
- Open settings by clicking the gear icon at the top left.
- Tap Add at the bottom of the screen.
- Paste your Airbnb or Vrbo Calendar URL.
- Tap Save.
- A confirmation message will appear once your calendar has been linked.
Editing or Deleting Imported Calendars
On the App or Mobile Browser:
Delete: Swipe left on the imported calendar → tap Delete → confirm.
Edit: Swipe left on the imported calendar → tap Edit → reload the external calendar URL.
