Each message you send includes an icon to indicate its status:
- Grey clock icon: Message is still sending.
- One grey checkmark: Message was sent and delivered.
- Two blue checkmarks: The recipient has read your message.
Message status icons only appear on messages you’ve sent while logged in to your account in the Messages section.
If a message does not show a checkmark, that's normal. It means the Furnished Finder system sent a message for you. This includes:
- Booking Inquiries
- Direct messages from your listing's Property Details Page
- Replies to tenant leads in the Tenant Lead section
Please note: If you leave the page while a message is sending, it will continue sending in the background. When you return to the Messages screen, you’ll see the most up-to-date status.
