Using the “What’s Next” Panel in the Landlord Dashboard

The “What’s Next” cards on your Dashboard highlight important actions to help you complete your setup and manage your listing so you can get the most out of Furnished Finder.

These cards are personalized to your account and update automatically based on your activity, progress, and listing status. Higher-priority items are highlighted with a pink background.


Below are the most common task cards you may see and what they mean:

  • Terms & Conditions Update: Review and accept the updated Terms and Conditions.

  • Listing Renewal Approaching: Your listing will expire within 35 days.
  • Expired Listing: Your listing is currently inactive due to non-payment. 
  • ID Verification Needed: Your account needs identity verification.
    This can be done in the Verification section of your Dashboard.
  • Missing Content: Your listing is incomplete (such as missing property type, pricing, photos, or address).
  • Payment Status: Review and update your payment method on file.
  • Incomplete Profile: Your landlord profile is not fully completed
  • Hidden Listing: Your listing is currently not visible to travelers. 
    You can unhide it from the Calendar section.
  • SMS Disabled: Your text notifications are turned off.
