Creating a complete profile helps travelers learn more about you and increases the likelihood of securing renters.
Accessing Your Profile
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Click My Profile in the left sidebar.
You can view your public profile at any time by clicking the "My Public Profile" button at the top right of the page.
Adding a Profile Picture

Click the camera icon next to your name to upload your profile picture.
- To change your existing profile photo, click the pencil icon.
- Upload your picture as a PNG or JPEG file.
- Use the editing tools to adjust the image.

Personal Info: Share details about yourself with travelers. You can include your location, work experience, and any additional information, such as your interests, hobbies, and experience as a landlord.
- Connect your LinkedIn profile to strengthen your listing with trusted credibility.
- If you have a pet, you can add a brief description and upload a photo.
- Reviews: Send a review request to a current or past landlord.
Please note: For landlord and traveler accounts, only U.S. and Canadian phone numbers are supported for verification at this time.
