How Can I Track Views or My Listing Performance?

To help landlords get the most out of their Furnished Finder listing, we offer two tools that show both how your listing is performing and what renters are actively searching for in your area.

  1. The Listing Performance Panel is a tool that tracks key performance metrics for paid Furnished Finder listings. It is updated every morning. For landlords with multiple properties, a dropdown menu allows easy navigation between listings.

  2. Our Market Insights Page shows real traveler demand using live Furnished Finder search activity, renter messages, and booking requests, updated daily. It reveals what renters are looking for, where they’re searching, and typical price ranges, based on real behavior, not estimates or averages. This helps explain the value of listing on Furnished Finder in specific markets.

    • The Nationwide page shows total listings and landlord activity.

    • The City-view page displays traveler search behavior, booking demand in specific cities, and filters used.


Key Metrics Tracked* 

  • Booking Requests: Total tenant stay requests
  • Direct Messages: Number of inquiries sent to your listing
  • Phone Number Reveals: How often your number has been viewed by potential tenants
  • Matched Tenant Leads: Requests that align with your availability, pricing, and pet policy
  • Unmatched Tenant Leads: Requests that do not match all of your listing criteria
  • Reviews (since live date): Your property’s average rating and tenant feedback
  • Eligibility (since February 2024): Number of days your property qualifies to appear on the search map
  • Listing Activity (Last 90 Days): Impressions, views, saves, and shares
    • Impressions are the number of times your listing has appeared in search results.

  • Increase Bookings: Ensure contact details are visible and respond quickly to inquiries.

  • Boost Reviews: Encourage tenants to leave positive reviews to enhance credibility.

You can access the panel anytime through your Dashboard. It updates every 24 hours in the morning. Please note that some metrics rely on a rolling 90-day period and may take time to populate for new listings.
