Matched Tenant Leads
These travelers' needs match your property, however they sent requests to multiple properties. They will show up in the Tenant Leads section.
- How to Respond: Respond promptly to stand out with a clear message that highlights how your property meets their requirements. Use saved message templates for speed, and personalize your response when possible.
- Pro Tip: Speed matters. The faster you reply, the more likely you are to beat out other listings in your area.
Please note: If you have more than one listing, each tenant lead will automatically match to the most relevant one. When you reply through the Tenant Leads section, your message will include a link to that listing.
If your listing has multiple units, housing requests will show up at the listing level, not the individual unit level. When you reply to a request, simply let the tenant know which specific unit is available.

Unmatched Tenant Leads
These are travelers whose criteria partially match your property.
- How to Respond: Check the mismatched criteria (highlighted in pink) and decide if you can still accommodate their needs. You may be able to adjust terms or offer alternatives.
- Pro Tip: Unmatched leads are still valuable. Use them to spot trends; if many travelers ask for pet-friendly housing or lower rent, consider updating your listing to be competitive.
