If you’ve already sent the document for signing, you’ll need to cancel the request first before editing.
Start from Your Account
Furnished Finder: Log in to your Dashboard. Go to Landlord Tools, and select Leases & Legal Docs.
- KeyCheck: Log in to your KeyCheck Account, and go to Docs & Signing.
To Cancel a Signing Request
Next to the document, click the three-dot options menu.

Cancel the signing request:
Furnished Finder: Select Sign and Send, then Cancel Request.
KeyCheck: Select Signing Setup, then Cancel Request.
Click Edit Document and make your changes.
Select Done Editing, and resend the document for signature.
