Cancelling a Signing Request

If you’ve already sent the document for signing, you’ll need to cancel the request first before editing. 

Start from Your Account

To Cancel a Signing Request

  1. Next to the document, click the three-dot options menu.

  2. Cancel the signing request:

    • Furnished Finder: Select Sign and Send, then Cancel Request.

    • KeyCheck: Select Signing Setup, then Cancel Request.

  3. Click Edit Document and make your changes.

  4. Select Done Editing, and resend the document for signature.
