Creating a Document

You can access Leases & Legal Docs from either your Furnished Finder or KeyCheck account. Just follow the steps below based on where you last logged in!

From Your Furnished Finder Account

  1. Log in to your Furnished Finder Dashboard.

  2. Go to Landlord Tools, and select Leases & Legal Docs.

  3. Select Create New Document.

  4. Select the document category, then click Continue.

  5. Enter a document name, then select Confirm and proceed.

  6. Your document will show as "Ready to edit."

  7. Click the three-dot options menu next to the document and select Edit.

  8. Complete the interview questions.

  9. When finished, the status updates to Ready to send.

    • You can now edit, download, or send the document for signing.

From Your KeyCheck Account

  1. Log in to your KeyCheck Account.

  2. Go to Docs & Signing, and select Create New Document

  3. Select the document category, then click Continue.

  4. Enter a document name, then select Confirm and proceed.

  5. Complete the interview questions.

  6. When finished, the status updates to Ready to send.

    • You can now edit, download, or send the document for signing.
