Signing and Sending a Document

Once your document is ready, you can send it to your renter for review and signature from your Furnished Finder or KeyCheck account. Documents are delivered by email through Rocket Lawyer for secure online signing.

Start from Your Account

Send for Signature

  1. Find the document you want to sign and click the three dots next to it.

  2. Click Signing Setup.

  3. Enter your legal name and click Proceed.

  4. Click Start Signing, and confirm the names and emails of all signers.

  5. Click Continue, choose who signs first, and select Send to invite others to sign.

  6. Click Send again to confirm.

The renter will receive an email invitation with a link to review and sign the document online.
