Landlords initiate the tenant screening process from Furnished Finder.
Travelers receive the screening request, pay the $44.99 service fee, and complete the process through their Furnished Finder account.
Once the screening is complete, both of you can view the screening report results in your respective accounts for up to 30 days.
After 30 days, the report expires and cannot be viewed or downloaded.
Each request is specific to one landlord, so only you and that landlord can view the results.
If your landlord sent your tenant screening request through KeyCheck, you'll need to complete the screening in KeyCheck. We are transitioning the screening experience to Furnished Finder, so landlords and tenants can manage screening requests and reports in one place.
