Learn how the Tenant Screening service works, from landlords initiating a request to viewing the completed report.
How it works
- Landlords initiate the tenant screening process from their Furnished Finder or KeyCheck account.
- Travelers receive the screening request, pay the $44.99 service fee, and complete the process through their KeyCheck account.
- Once the screening is complete, both of you can view the screening report results in your respective accounts for up to 30 days.
- After 30 days, the report expires and cannot be viewed or downloaded. You will still see that the screening was completed, but the results will no longer be accessible.
- Each request is specific to one landlord, so only you and that landlord can view the results.
- Travelers can choose to share the same results with other landlords by downloading the report and sending it directly.
