Completing a Tenant Screening Request

  1. Log in to your KeyCheck Dashboard.
    • If you started the Tenant Screening Request from the email notification:
      • Click the "Click here to proceed" button to continue to KeyCheck.
      • Click the "Proceed with the Screening Process" button.
  2. Navigate to the "My Screenings" section and enter your profile information.
  3. Agree to KeyCheck's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  4. Verify your personal information. This is for identity verification purposes only.
  5. Agree to TransUnion SmartMove's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  6. Select a payment method and enter your payment details.
  7. Complete the identity verification process.
  8. After successfully answering the security questions, you'll see a screening completion banner.

Screening Results

  • Tenant Screening results are available within 24-48 hours.
  • If you find a discrepancy in the results, visit TransUnion's Rental Screening Dispute Solutions.
  • If you find a discrepancy in the credit report, contact TransUnion to file a dispute.
  • Furnished Finder and KeyCheck do not influence landlord decisions. Once results are delivered, the service is complete, and refunds are not available.
