Our Year-End Tax Prep feature is integrated with our Tenant Tracking Tool to help you organize income and expenses for your tax filing. We recommend that you consult with a tax professional if you are uncertain about your tax status. Furnished Finder cannot provide you with any tax advice.
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Go to Landlord Tools and click on Tenant Tracking Tool.
- In the top-right corner, click on Year-End Tax Prep.
- Select your property and unit (if applicable) from the dropdowns.
- Use the "Select Previous Year" dropdown to choose the tax year you want to review.
- Review your income, expense details, and net profit.
- Click Export as PDF to download a PDF version of your Tax Prep Report to your computer.
Please note: Furnished Finder doesn’t provide W-9 forms because we are a listing and marketing platform, not a booking or payment platform. Rental transactions, including all payments between landlords and tenants, are handled outside our platform through third-party payment providers or directly between parties. Because we never process or hold funds on your behalf, we don't have W-9 information to provide.
If you're using a payment platform like Baselane to collect rent, please contact them directly for any W-9 or tax documentation needs.
