After logging in, you can check under the My Profile section or the menu on the left side of your dashboard.
If you see options to view your tenant leads or manage your calendars, you’re using a Landlord account.
If you see options to view your housing requests, favorite properties, or saved searches, you’re using a Tenant account.
How Do I Change My Account From Landlord to Traveler, or Vice Versa?
If you signed up with the wrong account type, please contact us and our Customer Support team can update your account role.
Can I Have Both a Landlord and Traveler Account?
If you want to use both Traveler and Landlord features, you’ll need to create a second account with a different email address.
