Before you log out, make sure you know your email address and password (or have access to the email account you use to receive a login link). You will need them to sign back in.
On a computer (website):
- Click the three-line menu icon or your profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Click Log Out.
- When prompted "Are you sure you want to log out?", select Logout to confirm.
If you do not see a Log Out option or want to fully sign out, go to www.furnishedfinder.com/logout in your browser. This ends your session immediately.
To remove saved data, clear cookies and site data for furnishedfinder.com in your browser settings.
On a phone or tablet browser:
- Tap the three-line menu icon.
- Tap the drop-down arrow next to your username.
- Tap Log Out.
- When prompted "Are you sure you want to log out?", tap Logout to confirm.
You can also end your session by visiting www.furnishedfinder.com/logout in your phone's browser.
To clear stored data from your phone's browser:
- On iPhone or iPad (Safari): Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
- On Android (Chrome): Tap the three-dot menu, then Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data, and select "Cookies and site data."
On the iPhone or iPad app:
- Tap the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Scroll to the bottom, and tap Logout.
- When prompted "Are you sure you want to log out?", tap Logout to confirm.
- Close the app completely by swiping it away.
- Reopen it to return to the login screen.
If you are still seeing issues after logging out, especially on the Dashboard, Listings, or Landlord Tools screens, you may need to reset the app. To do this,
- Delete the Furnished Finder app from your iPhone or iPad.
- Reinstall it from the App Store.
Make sure you have your email and password ready before deleting the app, as you will need them to sign back in.
On an Android phone or tablet:
- Tap the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Scroll to the bottom, and tap Logout.
- When prompted "Are you sure you want to log out?", tap Logout to confirm.
- Close the app completely.
- Reopen it to return to the login screen.
If you are still seeing issues after logging out, especially on the Dashboard, Listings, or Landlord Tools screens, you may need to clear the app's data. To do this,
- Go to your phone's Settings.
- Tap Apps.
- Select Furnished Finder.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear Data.
