Tenant Lead Notifications
In the Text Notification section, the Matched and Unmatched Leads toggles apply only to text (SMS) messages. If these toggles are turned off, you will not receive SMS notifications for those requests.
At this time, there isn’t a way to turn off housing request emails only.
If you’d like to stop receiving these emails, you can hide your listing or manage these emails through your email provider (like Gmail or Outlook).
