Direct Booking Inquiries & Messages
These alerts are enabled by default and can't be turned off. They're sent when a traveler shows direct interest in your property.
If you’re not receiving text message notifications, we recommend checking whether the messages were automatically filtered to spam, replying UNSTOP to the Furnished Finder text message conversation, or contacting your mobile provider for further assistance.
Housing Request Notifications
In the Text Notification section, the “General Housing Requests” and “Unmatched Leads” toggles apply only to text (SMS) messages. If these toggles are turned off, you will not receive SMS notifications for those requests.
At this time, there isn’t a way to turn off housing request emails only.
If you’d like to stop receiving these emails, you can hide your listing or manage these emails through your email provider (like Gmail or Outlook).
