You can choose which Furnished Finder notifications you receive by text (SMS) from your Notification Preferences.
Before you can manage text notifications, your phone number must be verified and Allow SMS Notifications must be turned on.
How to Turn Text Notifications On or Off
- Log in to your Dashboard.
Go to Account, then select Notification Preferences.

Make sure the phone number under Your Account is correct and verified.
If your phone number isn't verified, select Verify Phone Number and complete verification.

Scroll to Notification Consent and turn Allow SMS Notifications on or off.
This must be turned on to receive text notifications.
Under Your Account or Your Properties, check or uncheck the boxes under Text next to the notifications you want to receive.
For your privacy and security, only you can update your notification preferences or agree to receive SMS messages. Our Customer Support team cannot make these changes on your behalf.
What Happens If I Reply STOP?
You can still reply STOP to a Furnished Finder text message to unsubscribe.
However, replying STOP does not currently update the settings shown on your Notification Preferences page.
If you want your preferences reflected on the page, update them directly from Notification Preferences.
