The month-to-month recurring rent feature in KeyCheck by Furnished Finder allows landlords to collect rent on an ongoing basis by automatically sending payment reminders for an active recurring charge through Stripe.
Please note: Recurring charges continue until the landlord manually stops them. They do not automatically end when a renter moves out.
To Stop a Recurring Rent Charge
Log in to your KeyCheck account.
Go to Rent Payments and select Payments.
Select the applicable Rent Collection.
Click Edit, then select Suspend.
Once suspended, future payment reminders will stop. Past payment records will remain in your account.
