Refunding an Online Rent Payment or Security Deposit with Stripe

You must have sufficient funds in your Stripe account to issue a refund through KeyCheck. If the funds for the refund are in your bank account, you must add them to your Stripe account. Learn how to add funds from your bank account to your Stripe account here.

  1. Log in to your KeyCheck Account.
  2. Go to Rent Payments.
  3. Select Rent Schedule.
  4. Choose the payment you’d like refunded by clicking its description.
  5. Enter the amount to refund.
  6. Click Process Refund.
