Photo & Media Requirements for Listings and Profiles

Photos and media should accurately represent your property and profile, so travelers know what to expect. Images that are misleading, outdated, or heavily edited may be removed.

All photos and media must follow our User Generated Content (UGC) Policy and Property Listing Terms and Conditions.

If a dispute arises, Furnished Finder may review your listing content. including photos, as it appeared on the platform at the relevant time.


Photo Requirements

You may upload:

  • A clear profile photo for your account

  • Photos of the property interior and exterior

  • Images that accurately reflect the current condition of the space

Photos must:

  • Match your listing details (bed count, amenities, layout)

  • Be clear, focused, and well-lit

  • Show only areas the traveler can access during their stay

  • Reflect the property’s current condition

Do not upload outdated photos, heavily edited images, or images of spaces travelers cannot use.

Photo Best Practices

To help travelers quickly understand your space and avoid disputes:

  • Start with a clear exterior photo, if you are comfortable sharing one that does not show the exact address.

  • Include at least one photo of each key area: bedroom(s), bathroom(s), kitchen, living area, workspace (if applicable), and parking.

  • Show important amenities a traveler would rely on (e.g., dedicated workspace, washer/dryer, parking type, pet area).

  • Avoid including people or pets in your photos whenever possible.

  • Update your photos whenever you make major changes to furniture, layout, or condition.
