Forgot your Furnished Finder username or password?
- Go to the "Forgot your Username or Password?" page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.
- When prompted, click Ok, re-enter your email address again, and click Submit again.
- What happens next depends on your login method set in Account - Settings.
- Password: You'll receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password.
- One-Time Password: Check your email and enter the 6-digit verification code.
- Magic Link: A pop-up will confirm that Magic Link is enabled for this account. You'll receive an email with a link to log in.
Additional Tips & Information
- If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
- If you use a password to log in, updating your password is not required, but we strongly recommend doing it at least once a year to keep your account secure.
- New accounts use Magic Links instead of passwords by default.
Password Requirements
Your Furnished Finder and KeyCheck account passwords must be at least 8 characters.
