To reply to your listing's reviews,
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Click My Profile in the left sidebar.
- Go to My Properties.
- Click "Property Reviews" to open your public listing page, then scroll down or click the "Reviews" tab.
- Click "Reply To Review" under the review you'd like to respond to.
Reviews are moderated to ensure they comply with our Review Policy, so they may take up to 7 business days to appear on the site.
