Learn how to leave a tenant review from a review request or by finding the tenant’s profile in Tenant Leads in your Dashboard.
Please note: You can only leave one review per profile. If you’ve already submitted a review, the review button will not be available. Reviews are limited to 1,000 characters.
To Review a Tenant
If you received a review request from a tenant,
- Locate the review request email that contains a link to the tenant’s profile.
Click the link in the email.
Fill out the review form.
Click Submit to post your review.
In your Dashboard,
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Go to Tenant Leads or Messages.
If the traveler sent a Housing Request, open the Tenant Leads section to find their profile.
If the traveler sent a Booking Inquiry or direct message, check Messages to find their profile.
- Select the tenant's name.
- Access the tenant's profile by clicking their profile picture or username.
- Select a star rating and fill out the details on the review form.
- Click Submit.
Reviews are moderated to ensure they comply with our Review Policy, so they may take up to 7 business days to appear on the site.
What if My Review was Declined?
If your review was declined, you'll receive an email explaining why. Most declines happen because the review didn't meet requirements. Common reasons include:
- Missing required information such as star rating, description, title, stay dates, or a valid phone number.
- Violating our Review Policy.
If your review was declined, you can resubmit it from your traveler or landlord account at any time.
