What Is Your Refund Policy?

As outlined in Section 3.5 of our Property Listing Terms of Use, all payments made to Furnished Finder are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • If your listing has been created and you later choose to cancel
  • If your ID verification fails or can’t be completed
  • If you sell your property and no longer wish to keep the listing online
  • If your listing auto-renews and you request cancellation after the renewal

That said, if you’re charged more than once for the same listing (duplicate or double charges), you’re eligible for a refund.

Please note: Listings are not transferable to other individuals.
