Payments can be declined for different reasons. Below are the most common issues and steps you can take to resolve them.
Use an Accepted Payment Method
Furnished Finder accepts the following credit cards, and does NOT accept pre-paid cards.
Visa
Mastercard
American Express
Discover
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Check That Your Card Information is Correct
Payments may fail if the information entered doesn’t match what your bank has on file. Double-check the following:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV
- Billing ZIP code and address
Be sure to enter the details exactly as they appear on your card or bank statement.
If you're still having trouble, reach out to your bank or financial institution, or try using a different payment method.
Try Making the Payment Again Later
In some cases, payments may be temporarily blocked due to:
System or payment platform issues
Security checks triggered by unusual activity
If this happens, wait up to 24 hours and then try making the payment again.
