Editing, Deleting, or Resubmitting a Review

Once a review is published, it can’t be edited or deleted by travelers or landlords.

If you wrote a review and it no longer reflects your experience, you can ask to have it removed and then post a new one.

If you believe a review violates our Review Policy, you can report it and request its removal. 


Requesting to Remove a Review

You can submit a request to Furnished Finder Support, and please include the following details in your request:

  • The property ID, listing link, or username

  • The reviewer’s email address or username

  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting the review’s removal

We’ll review your report and share a decision, typically within 48 business hours. If the review meets our policy guidelines, it will remain on the platform; if not, it will be removed, and you’ll be notified.

If the review is removed, you can write and submit a new one from your account.


What if My Review was Declined?

If your review was declined, you'll receive an email explaining why. Most declines happen because the review didn't meet requirements. Common reasons include:

  • Missing required information such as star rating, description, title, stay dates, or a valid phone number. 
  • Violating our Review Policy.

If your review was declined, you can resubmit it from your traveler or landlord account at any time.
