Editing, Deleting, or Resubmitting a Review

Published reviews cannot be edited or deleted directly from your account. If you'd like to make changes, you can request to remove your original review and submit a new one. Only the traveler who submitted the review can make this request.

  1. Contact Furnished Finder Support via our Help Center.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Property number
    • Your/traveler’s email address or username 
    • Reason for removing the review
  3. Once the review is removed, you can write and submit a new one from your traveler account.

What if My Review was Declined?

If your review was declined, you’ll receive an email explaining why. Most declines happen because the review didn’t meet requirements. Common reasons include:

  • Missing required information such as star rating, description, title, stay dates, or valid phone number.
  • Violating our Terms Of Use or Privacy Policy.
  • Submitted from the landlord's account instead of the traveler's account.

If your review was declined, you can resubmit it from your traveler account at any time.

Reviews can take up to 72 hours to be approved and published. If you recently submitted a review and haven’t received an email confirmation, please allow time for moderation.
