Reviews helps travelers make informed decisions and give property owners valuable feedback.
Please note: You can only leave one review per profile. If you’ve already submitted a review, the review button will not be available. Reviews are limited to 1,000 characters.
- Find the listing for the property in which you stayed by doing one of the following:
- Logging in to your Dashboard and locating the listing through your past Messages with the landlord.
- Searching by the property number directly on Furnished Finder.
- In the Reviews section, click Write Your Review and complete all required fields:
Star Rating - Scale of 0 to 5. Five is excellent.
Phone Number – Required for verification.
Review Title – A short headline for your review.
Review Text – Share details about your stay.
Dates of Stay – Include your check-in and check-out dates.
Click Submit.
- Your review will be submitted for approval.
Reviews are moderated to ensure they comply with our Review Policy, so they may take up to 7 business days to appear on the site.
Review Requests from Landlords
If you receive a review request by email, select the "Click here to review my property" link. This will take you directly to the review form for that property.
You can also ask the landlord to send you a review link. This email will open the Property Details Page directly from your email.
What if My Review was Declined?
If your review was declined, you'll receive an email explaining why. Most declines happen because the review didn't meet requirements. Common reasons include:
- Missing required information such as star rating, description, title, stay dates, or a valid phone number.
- Violating our Review Policy.
If your review was declined, you can resubmit it from your traveler or landlord account at any time.
