About Auto-Renewals

Your listing will automatically renew unless Auto-Renew is disabled. We'll send a courtesy reminder email 35 days before your renewal date. The exact timing may vary based on your Auto-Renew status. If you wish to avoid automatic renewal of your subscription, it's best to disable auto-renewal in your Manage Subscription settings before the renewal date.

  • Auto-Renew Enabled: Your card on file will be charged, and your listing will automatically be renewed for another year on your renewal date.
  • Auto-Renew Disabled: Your card on file will not be charged, your subscription will expire, and your listing will no longer be visible to travelers.

How Your Card Is Charged at Renewal

  • If auto-renew is on, we’ll still try to process your renewal using the payment authorization connected to your subscription. In some cases, this authorization can stay active even if the card showing in your account looks expired or isn’t listed anymore.
