Furnished Finder's Response to Discrimination Reports

When Furnished Finder receives a report or identifies potentially discriminatory content or conduct, we review the situation under our Fair Housing & Gender Discrimination Policy

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Review listings, profiles, and platform communications

  • Request edits or removal of prohibited or discouraging language

  • Temporarily pause a listing or profile during review

  • Remove non‑compliant content

  • Apply account enforcement measures (warnings, restrictions, suspension, or removal) for serious or repeated violations

All actions are taken within the scope of our policy and platform standards. Furnished Finder is not a party to any lease or rental agreement and does not adjudicate legal claims or determine legal liability.

If You Believe You Experienced Discrimination

If you believe you were treated unfairly in a way that may involve discrimination, you can:

  • Save screenshots, messages, and other records

  • Note key details (listing link, dates, and what occurred)

  • Contact Furnished Finder Support with this information

Our team will review your report under the Fair Housing & Gender Discrimination Policy and may take action consistent with that policy.
