Reporting a Listing, Landlord, or Traveler on Furnished Finder

Furnished Finder strives to keep its marketplace safe, accurate, and trustworthy for every customer. If you encounter a problem with a listing, landlord, or traveler, you can report it so our team can review and take appropriate action.

What Can Be Reported?

Users can report conduct, content, or activity that may violate Furnished Finder's Trust & Safety policies, including but not limited to:

  • Listing accuracy and content violations, such as misleading, fraudulent, or non-compliant listing content

  • Discrimination and fair housing violations, discriminatory practices in listings, screening, or rental decisions

  • Safety and security concerns, such as conduct that poses a risk to the safety or well-being of users, or privacy violations

  • Communication and conduct violations, such as abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward other users, penalizing a user for reporting a concern.


How to Submit a Report

To report a listing or a landlord,

  1. Navigate to the listing's Property Details Page.
  2. To the right of the map, select Report this property to Furnished Finder.
  3. Complete all fields in the "Report this Property" form and click Submit.

If you are unable to locate the listing, please contact our Customer Support team.

To report a traveler,

  1. Submit a request through our form.
  2. Enter your email address and "Reporting Traveler" as the subject.
  3. In the "Description" field, please include the traveler's name (or username), phone number, email address, and a detailed explanation of the traveler's suspicious activity.
  4. Click Submit.

A Furnished Finder representative will contact you to review the case via email.
