1. Create a Traveler Account
Start by creating a free traveler account, which allows you to search listings, contact landlords, and create housing requests.
2. Search for a Listing
Once your account is set up, you can search for available monthly rentals by location, dates, budget, and other preferences.
You can also use Find It With Fern, our AI search tool. Just type what you need, like "furnished studio near my hospital, available in June", and Fern will filter results for you automatically.

4. What Happens After You Find a Property
Once you’ve chosen a property, you’ll work directly with the landlord to finalize the details. Depending on the landlord, this may include signing a lease, paying a security or pet deposit, completing a tenant screening, or providing proof of renter’s insurance.
