Creating a complete profile helps landlords learn more about you and increases the likelihood of securing a booking.
Accessing Your Profile
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Click My Profile in the left sidebar.
You can view your public profile at any time by clicking the "My Public Profile" button at the top right of the page.
Adding a Profile Picture
- Click the pink icon with your initials next to your name in the top left.
- Upload a PNG, JPG, or JPEG file.
Profile Tabs
- Personal Info: Share your hometown, interests, hobbies, dream job, and pet information.
- Property Rental: Share your work experience and travel preferences, and view your reviews and references.
- Reviews: Send a review request to a current or past landlord.
- Favorited Properties: See the properties you have saved.
If you also have a landlord account, you will also see My Properties, which is a list of your approved listings.
