If a traveler’s search criteria (dates, location, etc.) match a property’s availability, that property will appear in the main search results. You won’t see “Available” listed as that status is already included in the results you see.
Travelers can now search using Find It With Fern, our AI search tool. The more complete your listing is with amenities, pricing, and availability, the more likely Fern is to show it to the right traveler.
If a property doesn’t match the traveler’s exact dates, it appears below the main results under the message that says, “We don’t have anymore available matches at the moment.” These listings show other available dates in case the traveler's dates are flexible.
From the map view, the blue and white markers show the difference between exact and flexible listings. Properties with blue pins are available for the traveler’s exact move-in date. Properties with white pins are available on different dates for travelers who can adjust their move-in date.
