Having trouble with the Furnished Finder app? Don’t worry, most problems can be fixed with just a few simple steps. Follow the tips below for your device.
For iPhone & iPad (iOS)
App won’t open or keeps crashing
Update the app: Open the App Store → Tap your Profile icon → Update Furnished Finder
Update your iPhone/iPad's software: Settings → General → Software Update
Restart your device: Hold the power button → Slide to power off → Turn back on
Free up space: Delete old apps, photos, or files you don't need
Pages not loading or features not working
Make sure you're connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
Log out and log back in

Close the app completely and reopen
On most iPhones, swipe up from the bottom and pause to see all open apps. On older iPhones, double-press the Home button. Then swipe up on the Furnished Finder app.
Delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store
Can’t post or update a listing
Fill in all the required fields (marked with a *)
Make sure photos are the right size: at least 650×750 pixels and smaller than 5 MB
Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
Tap "Save" and refresh the page
Getting an error message
Update the app in the App Store
Restart your iPhone/iPad
Try using a different device
Force close the app, wait an hour, and try again
Delete and reinstall the app
Not getting notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications → Furnished Finder → Allow Notifications
Turn off Low Power Mode: Settings → Battery
Stay signed in to the app
For Android Phones & Tablets
App won’t open or keeps crashing
Update the app: Open the Google Play Store → Tap your profile → Manage apps & device → Updates available
Update your phone: Settings → System → Software Update

Clear app memory: Settings → Apps → Furnished Finder → Storage → Clear Cache
If needed, clear all app data (this will sign you out): Settings → Apps → Furnished Finder → Storage → Clear Data
Restart your phone
Pages not loading / features not working
Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is working
Log out and log back in
Close the app completely: Settings → Apps → Furnished Finder → Force Stop, then reopen it
Clear app memory: Settings → Apps → Furnished Finder → Storage → Clear Cache
Trouble posting or updating a listing
Fill in all required fields (marked with a *)
Resize photos (650×750 pixels, under 5 MB)
Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
Check app permissions: Settings → Apps → Furnished Finder → Permissions → Allow storage/photos
Getting an error message
Update the app in the Google Play Store
Clear the app’s cache
Restart your phone
If it keeps happening → Clear Data (you’ll need to sign in again)
Not getting notifications
Go to Settings → Apps → Furnished Finder → Notifications → Turn On
Turn off Battery Saver: Settings → Battery
Allow the app to run in the background: Settings → Apps → Furnished Finder → Battery → Allow background activity
