To change or edit your rental pricing,
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Go to Edit Listing and click on Details.
- Choose your property from the dropdown (if applicable).
- Adjust your Monthly Rent.
- Click Save.
Additional Details
- Rental rates are set on a monthly basis and can’t be adjusted for individual months. However, you can update your monthly rate at any time.
- Changes to your monthly rent affect your live listing and all new inquiries. Existing conversations will continue to show the rate that was displayed when they began, so travelers won’t see unexpected changes. If you’d like to share an updated rate with an existing traveler, we recommend including it in your reply.
- "Contact for pricing" only appears for Hotels that have not entered a monthly rent. All other listings must include an updated monthly rent.
