Changing Your Property Location

At Furnished Finder, each property listing is tied to a specific address to maintain marketplace accuracy, trust, and transparency for tenants.

If you need to correct a small mistake in your property address, such as a typo in the street name, please contact our Customer Support team. We'll review the correction and make the update if it qualifies as a minor change.

Note: If your request involves a different property, city, or ZIP code, it may require a new listing.

Listing a New Property

Once a listing is purchased and published, it cannot be transferred or changed to a different location. This ensures that:

  • Tenants can count on accurate listings during their housing search.
  • Property data (including reviews and availability) remains consistent.
  • The marketplace remains fair and trustworthy for all participants.

If you're managing a new property at a different address, you'll need to purchase a new listing to create and publish a separate listing for that property.
