Whether a listing appears depends on how well it matches the traveler's search, including dates, location, number of guests, price range, amenities, etc. Keeping your listing complete and up-to-date helps it appear in more relevant searches.
How the Map Works
The map is designed to help travelers browse listings in a specific area. By default, it displays the majority of listings within each city.
In destinations with many listings, the initial map view may not show every property. If you don't see your listing, try zooming in or out or moving the map to view a different area.
Using Find It With Fern
Travelers can now search using Find It With Fern, our AI search tool. The more complete your listing is with amenities, pricing, and availability, the more likely Fern is to show it to the right traveler.
Tip: Try not to worry about being on your page one. What matters most is appearing on the right page one for your ideal traveler’s search. Keeping your calendar up-to-date and your amenities checked will help your listing appear for the right matches.
