How Your Listing Appears in Search Results and on the Map

Your listing can appear in Furnished Finder search results when it's available and matches what a traveler is looking for.

Search results depend on several factors, including location, availability, price, number of guests, and amenities. Keeping your listing complete and up to date helps it appear in searches that match your property.

How the Map Works

The map helps travelers browse listings in a specific area. By default, it displays most listings within each city.

In areas with many listings, the initial map view may not show every property. Try moving the map or zooming in or out to explore more listings.

A map pin may include multiple listings. For example, +2 means two additional listings are grouped with the displayed listing (three total).

When you select a map pin, the panel may show multiple Units under one landlord or nearby listings organized under different landlords. If a landlord has multiple Units, use the left and right arrows beside the listing to browse them.

Using Find It With Fern

Travelers can also search using Find It With Fern, our AI search tool. Keeping your listing details, amenities, pricing, and availability accurate helps Fern match your property with relevant traveler searches.

Your listing doesn't need to appear first in every search. What matters is appearing in searches that match your property and the travelers you're looking to reach.
