You can connect with property owners by selecting Send Booking Inquiry, Message Landlord, or Call Landlord. We recommend keeping important details and confirmations within the Furnished Finder message thread whenever possible.
When you receive an email notification about a new message, you may reply directly to that email to send your response. Please ensure you reply from the email address associated with your Furnished Finder account, as messages sent from other addresses, such as a forwarded or alternate email, will not be delivered.
If you need to reply from a different email address, you can update your account email address to match the email you want to use or set up a delegated inbox with your email provider (see Google's (Gmail) delegation guide or Microsoft's (Outlook) delegation guide for more information).
Choosing How to Contact the Landlord

Send Booking Inquiry: formally express interest in the property without committing to book.
At this stage, you are not charged or locked into an agreement. The landlord will respond and may request a tenant screening before confirming your booking, so be sure to check your messages for updates.
Message Landlord: ask questions before submitting a booking inquiry.

Call Landlord: speak with the landlord by phone.
We recommend using the platform to send a message first, and calling as a backup option.
